This service is offered to a worker in circumstances where a management committee believes that it is unable, for whatever reason, to line manage their worker.

A resource person is placed as an external supervisor to the workers. This person is given a copy of the strategic plan drafted by the management committee for which it has received funding.

In conjunction with the committee and youth workers, a viable workplan is agreed in which the roles of all parties are clarified.

The external supervisor meets the workers individually, and once as a team, on a monthly basis.

A report is made to the management committee on a regular basis.
