The Rush Youth Film Festival offers young people a unique opportunity to view each others movies on the big screen. It aims to encourage young people to get creative and have a positive experience from participating in the arts.
Rush is open to young people aged 12-21 who live in Dublin City. It primarily targets young people attached to Youth Projects and Youth Groups, however entry is open to all young people who make films outside of the formal education system.
Details including entry requirements, movie-making tips and guidelines and an application form can be found on the official Rush Youth Film Festival website.
For more information about the Rush Youth Film Festival and other Arts programmes or to obtain a Rush 2007 DVD, please contact the Arts Co-Ordinator Niamh Geoghegan on 01 4321100 or use our Arts Programmes contact form.
The Rush Youth Film Festival is jointly supported by CDYSB, City Arts and Dublin City Council Arts Office.
