Volunteer Achievement Awards 2017

CDYSB invites registered voluntary youth groups, clubs, projects/services to nominate a volunteer whom they wish to honour for their outstanding contribution to youth work.
 
The award ceremony will take place at a celebration dinner on:
 
Friday the 17th of November 2017 at 7.30pm
in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8.
 

The nominee must have undergone the Garda Vetting process and have completed a child protection training programme.

 
Nomination forms for this year's awards can be downloaded here.
 
Return your completed Nomination Form together with a clear photograph of the nominee (by email in .jpeg format only), to Mr. Chris Kearns (email: chris.kearns@cdysb.cdetb.ie) at CDYSB by 5pm on Monday the 16th of October 2017
 
Applications received without a digital (jpeg) photograph will not be processed.

Please note that the submitted photograph will be displayed during the presentation of the awards on the night of the 17th November.
