Dublin City's Digital Youth Work Needs Analysis

24 March 2021
You are invited to the online launch of CDYSB’s report on digital youth work in Dublin City’s youth organisations, on Thursday March 25th at 10:30am.

During this event, you will be provided with an overview of a 2020 needs analysis of youth organisations working with young people in Dublin City. This research project was facilitated by Camara Ireland and analysed the digital readiness, digital inspirations and digital aspirations of youth organisations supported by CDYSB and CDETB.

We will present key findings around current digital youth work actions and the challenges being experienced by youth workers and their young people.

We will also highlight recommendations on how to enhance digital youth work approaches in the future of Dublin City’s youth organisations.

Finally, information on a digital development programme will be introduced, in response to the Digital Youth Work Needs Analysis 2020 and supported by CDYSB in 2021. This will aim to further support Dublin City’s youth organisations to integrate digital youth work in their organisational strategies throughout 2021.

The launch should last no more than one hour and there will be some time for questions and contributions from attendees during the event.

To register to attend, please complete this form by March 24th. A Zoom link for the report launch will be sent to attendees on the morning of the event.
