Accounts Package
CDYSB provides a computerised accounts system that is available to all projects at no cost.
The only requirement is that Microsoft Access software is installed on a computer.
Projects are facilitated by the system to produce financial reports in a format approved by CDYSB.
The system assists projects to:
- Set up multiple fund categories to manage income and expenditure for multiple fund sources including LDTF / SPY/ YPFSF and so on.
- Departmentalise within fund categories, e.g. segregating pay costs and non pay costs.
- Set up individual cost items like heating, rent equipment, salaries and other liabilities.
- Allocate budgets to funds and departments and to cost items.
- Record all expenditure including cheque numbers, amounts and descriptions of the goods.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual receipt and payment reports.
- Set-up and track and change budgets
