The following procedures apply to the processing of all youth group grant applications in CDYSB.

1. The relevant completed application form should be submitted to your liaison officer in CDYSB.

2. To ensure payment in the fastest possible time completed application forms should be submitted to the liaison officer by the 15th of any month.

3. Application forms are processed by the liaison officer and recommendations are brought before the Board of CDYSB for consideration.

4. Grants recommended by CDYSB, are brought to the CDVEC for final approval.

Forms are also available at some local youth services or projects. If you experience any difficulty in preparing your application form, would like some general advice or would simply like to discuss your work in relation to any application please do not hesitate to contact your area liaison officer.

Please note that no grant payments are made during the months of July and August each year.
